Derek was knowledgeable, professional and always there to assist with all our questions and coordination of the various properties we viewed. You won't find another agent more competent than Derek!! Derek was amazing through the whole process of buying my new home. From first introductions to listening to my needs and ideas of the perfect home for myself. I spoke of an area that was building new homes and with in a a few days he had a meeting set up to take a look. After I went under contract for my new home that was being built, Derek would go by the home once a week and send me photos of the process. Every question I had he answered, doesn’t matter the hour. He will answer. If you want a knowledgeable realtor that is only dedicated to his clients I would highly recommend Derek.

I am SO happy that I found Derek. I am based in Arizona and had a home to sell in South Carolina. After some research, I found Derek! He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic , friendly, and was on the ball. I called him and by the next morning he had met with my clients, been to the property and was ready to move forward with the listing.
